| Description | Rabbit anti LCK (pTyr416)/FYN (pTyr416) antibody recognizes LCK also known as lymphocyte cell-specific protein-tyrosine kinase, when phosphorylated at tyrosine 416 and FYN also known as Src-like kinase, when phosphorylated at tyrosine 416 FYN. LCK and FYN are members of the Src family of tyrosine kinases that are involved in the regulation of numerous processes including differentiation and proliferation. Autophosphorylation of LCK and FYN at tyrosine 416 increases kinase activity via an open confirmation of the LCK and FYN which makes substrates more accessible (Boggon and Eck 2004, Irtegun et al. 2004). |
