| Description | This CD69 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 119-148 amino acids from the Central region of human CD69. This gene encodes a member of the calcium dependent lectinsuperfamily of type II transmembrane receptors. Expression of theencoded protein is induced upon activation of T lymphocytes, andmay play a role in proliferation. Furthermore, the protein may actto transmit signals in natural killer cells and platelets.Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. |
