| Description | Specificity: CD68 Ab detects endogenous levels of total CD68. Expressed in a defined zone of basal keratinocytes in thedeep outer root sheath of hair follicles. Also observed insweat gland and mammary gland ductal and secretory cells,bile ducts, gastrointestinal tract, bladder urothelium, oralepithelia, esophagus, ectocervical epithelium (at proteinlevel). Expressed in epidermal basal cells, in nippleepidermis and a defined region of the hair follicle. Also seenin a subset of vascular wall cells in both the veins and arteryof human umbilical cord, and in umbilical cord vascularsmooth muscle.
