| Description | This DACH1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 270-297 amino acids from the Central region of human DACH1. This gene encodes a chromatin-associated protein thatassociates with other DNA-binding transcription factors to regulategene expression and cell fate determination during development. Theprotein contains a Ski domain that is highly conserved fromDrosophila to human. Expression of this gene is lost in some formsof metastatic cancer, and is correlated with poor prognosis.Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have beenfound for this gene. |
