| Description | Description: Rabbit IgG polyclonal antibody for Receptor-interacting serine/threonine-protein kinase 2(RIPK2) detection. Tested with WB in Human, Mouse, Rat. Background: RIPK2(Receptor-interacting serine/threonine-protein kinase 2), also known as CARD3, CARDIAK, RICK, RIP2, is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the RIPK2 gene. It has 540-amino acid protein in length. Northern blot analysis revealed that RICK is expressed in various human tissues as 2.5- and 1.8-kb mRNAs that differ due to alternative polyadenylation.
