| Description | This GATA3 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 235-263 amino acids from the Central region of human GATA3. This gene encodes a protein which belongs to the GATAfamily of transcription factors. The protein contains two GATA-typezinc fingers and is an important regulator of T-cell developmentand plays an important role in endothelial cell biology. Defects inthis gene are the cause of hypoparathyroidism with sensorineuraldeafness and renal dysplasia. |
