| Description | Specificity: Known reactivity with types 3, 4, 6, 7, 9, 14, 18, 19 & 23. This product consists of purified IgG fraction of the above antiserum covalently coupled with high purity Isomer I of fluorescein isothiocyanate. Care is taken to ensure complete removal of any free fluorescein from the final product. The product is formulated in a phosphate saline buffer (0.01M, pH 7.2) containing bovine serum albumin (10 mg/ml) as a stabilizer and 0.1% sodium azide preservative. Applications for this product include direct FA staining of target antigens in a permissive tissue culture system.
