| Description | This YI016 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 253-280 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human YI016. Tubulin is the major constituent of microtubules. It binds two moles of GTP, one at an exchangeable site on the beta chain and one at a non-exchangeable site on the alpha-chain (By similarity). |
