| Description | Specificity: Anti-ADAM 10 (CT) [Rabbit antibody to peptide corresponding to aa 732-748 of human ADAM10.]. This antibody recognizes human, mouse, and rat ADAM10. A band of 85 kD is detected in immunoblots and may represent precursor. A 60 kD band is detected in some cell lines, including Jurkat and appears to be the processed mature protein. Tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF alpha ) is a proinflammatory cytokine and contributes to a variety of inflammatory reactions and to programmed cell death.
