Description | This RORB antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 329-358 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human RORB. The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the NR1subfamily of nuclear hormone receptors. It is a DNA-binding proteinthat can bind as a monomer or as a homodimer to hormone responseelements upstream of several genes to enhance the expression ofthose genes. The specific functions of this protein are not known, but it has been shown to interact with NM23-2, a nucleosidediphosphate kinase involved in organogenesis and differentiation. |
