| Description | Rabbit anti TNFRSF19 antibody recognizes a TNF receptor family member which is selectively expressed in the adult nervous system. It can form a functional receptor complex with NgR and LINGO-1 to mediate cellular responses to myelin inhibitors. TNFRSF19 (also known as TAJ and TROY) is expressed in the prostate gland and may be detected at lower levels in the thymus, spleen, testis, uterus, small intestine, colon and peripheral blood leukocytes. |
