| Description | Rat anti Mouse ER-HR3:Biotin, clone ER-HR3 recognizes the murine antigen ER-HR3. ER-HR3 is a cell surface antigen which is expressed by Langerhans cells in epithelium, a subset of mature macrophages and dendritic cells that are located predominantly in haematopoietic and lymphoid organs. Initial studies of ER-HR3 demonstrated expression on peripheral blood monocytes but recent studies suggest that expression is actually very low. During foetal development, ER-HR3 positive cells are localised to haemapoietic islands and are often associated with erythroid progenitor cells.
