| Description | Mouse anti Human interferon alpha antibody, clone C10F5 recognizes an epitope common to IFN-alpha subtypes A, F, D, I1 and P. Strongest reaction in ELISA is with subtypes alpha F and alpha D. It has an affinity constant of 2.4 x 10-10M. Mouse anti Human interferon alpha antibody, clone C10F5 has bee used successfully for the immunohistochemical detection of interferon-alpha producing cells on cryostat sections in a human suction blister model (Reed et al. 2004). |
