| Description | Specificity: A recognizes mouse Cytokine synthesis inhibitory factor(CSIF), also known, as interleukin IL-10). IL-10 is produces by Ly-1 (CD-5) expressing B cells and a subset of stimulated T cells. IL-10 has a wide range of biological properties, including the inhibition of macrophage and T helper cell mediated cytokine synthesis and the suspension of the delayed hypersensitivity response. Is reported to neutralize the activity of murine IL-10. Interleukin 10 (IL1), a cytokine produced primarily by monocytes and to a lesser extent by lymphocytes, has pleiotropic effects in immunoregulation and inflammation.
