| Description | This antibody binds to an epitope on the extracellular domains of the mouse Fc?III and Fc?II, thereby inhibiting their ability to bind antibodies via their Fc region. Recombinant monoclonal antibody to CD16/CD32. Manufactured using a Recombinant Platform with variable regions (i.e. specificity) from the hybridoma 2.4G2. This chimeric rabbit antibody was made using the variable domain sequences of the original Rat IgG2b format, for improved compatibility with existing reagents, assays and techniques. |
