| Description | This GTF2F1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 178-206 amino acids from the Central region of human GTF2F1. TFIIF is a general transcription initiation factor that binds to RNA polymerase II and helps to recruit it to the initiation complex in collaboration with TFIIB. It promotes transcription elongation. |
