| Description | The monoclonal antibody will detect native human VEGFR-2/KDR in ELISA experiments and on the surface of different human cell types. The antibody can be used for ELISA exp eriments. immuohistochemistry and cell sorting. Monoclonals were produced with the help of BALB/c mice using recombinant human soluble extracellular KDR (110 kDa) as the immunizing antigen. Mouse IgG antibody (clone KDR'EIC') from hybridomas was purified from cell culture supernatant by Protein G chromatography. |
