| Description | The recognition sequence is identical to JNK3, JNK2, and JNK1, in human and mouse. These antibodies were test for human and mouse cell lysate and mouse tissue (brain) extract to detect the (Jun NH2-terminal kinase) JNKs. JNK has molecular weight ranging from 38-56 kd, which is masked up by the IP IgG bands. HRP conjugated anti-JNK will not required 2nd Ab eliminating interference from IgG bands. |
