| Description | This antibody recognizes hVEGFR1 in western blot. It shows no crossreactivity with hVEGFR2. This antibody was produced from a hybridoma (mouse myeloma fused with spleen cells from a mouse immunized with purified human VEGFR1 N-terminal fragment (AA N25-250)). IgG fraction of the tissue culture supernatant was purified by affinity chromatography. |
