| Description | This TRIM33 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 820-849 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human TRIM33. The protein encoded by this gene is thought to be atranscriptional corepressor. However, molecules that interact withthis protein have not yet been identified. The protein is a memberof the tripartite motif family. This motif includes threezinc-binding domains, a RING, a B-box type 1 and a B-box type 2,and a coiled-coil region. Three alternatively spliced transcriptvariants for this gene have been described, however, thefull-length nature of one variant has not been determined.Function: Acts as an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase.
