| Description | Recognize only the phophophorylated product of S6K, not cross-react with the non-phosphorylated peptide substrate. S6 peptide (KRRRLASLR) is a substrate of S6K and ILK. Affinity purified rabbit polyclonal anti-pS6 antibodies were developed with phosphorylated S6 (KRRRLApSLR) and absorbed with non-phosphorylated S6 peptide (KRRRLASLR). This antibody has been utilized for the non-radioactive p70 S6K kinase assay. |
