| Description | The antibody recognizes the C-terminal of the human Rab27a protein (aa 317-393). Vesicle Amine Transport protein-1 (VAT1) plays a role in calcium-regulated keratinocyte activation in epidermal repair mechanisms through its ATPase activity. It is expressed in the brain, glioblastoma cells and expression has been detected following wounding. The expression of VAT1 is calcium ion-dependent. |
