| Description | Information: Human CD57 originally called HNK-1 is a glycoprotein found on 15-20 percent of PBL's, including 60 percent of NK cells, and a subset of T cells (1). The immune regulation role of CD57 postive PBL's expressing high levels of CD8 is being investigated (2). Antibody NK-1 recognizes the CD57 molecule of about 110 kd. |
