Description | Specificity: No cross reactivity with other proteins. Description: Rabbit IgG polyclonal antibody for Nucleolin/NCL detection. Tested with WB, IHC-P, IHC-F, ICC, FCM, Direct ELISA in Human; Rat.Background: Nucleolin is a protein that in humans is encoded by the NCL gene. It is mapped to 2q37.1. Nucleolin (NCL), a eukaryotic nucleolar phosphoprotein, is involved in the synthesis and maturation of ribosomes. It is located mainly in dense fibrillar regions of the nucleolus. Human NCL gene consists of 14 exons with 13 introns and spans approximately 11kb. The intron 11 of the NCL gene encodes a small nucleolar RNA, termed U20. |
Immunogen | Immunogen: E Coli-derived human Nucleolin/NCL recombinant protein (Position: K219-A629). Contents: Each vial contains 4mg Trehalose, 0.9mg NaCl, 0.2mg Na2HPO4, 0.05mg NaN3. Relevant Detection Systems: Relevant Detection Systems: We recommend Enhanced Chemiluminescent Kit with anti-Rabbit IgG (MBS176460) for Western blot, and HRP Conjugated anti-Rabbit IgG Super Vision Assay Kit (MBS176453) for IHC(P), IHC(F) and ICC. |
