May function in inflammatory response, nociceptive transmission and bone homeostasis.Post-translational Modifications: Constitutively phosphorylated on Ser-352; phosphorylation increases cell internalization and desensitizes the receptor.Similarity: Belongs to the G-protein coupled receptor 1 family. |
