| Immunogen | Procedure: Goats were immunized with highly purified dog c-reactive protein (CRP) and the resulting antiserum was collected. The antiserum was delipidated, solid phase adsorbed and 0.45 um filtered. Total protein measurement was determined by refractometer. Specific antibody content is determined immunoaffinity purification off an antigen containing immunosorbent. |
