| Description | This TRIM27 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 453-482 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human TRIM27. This gene encodes a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM)family. The TRIM motif includes three zinc-binding domains, a RING,a B-box type 1 and a B-box type 2, and a coiled-coil region. Thisprotein localizes to the nuclear matrix. It interacts with theenhancer of polycomb protein and represses gene transcription. Itis also thought to be involved in the differentiation of male germcells.
