| Description | The antibody detects endogenous levels of NRG4 protein. NRG4 (Neuregulin 4) is a Protein Coding gene. Among its related pathways are RET signaling and Signaling by ERBB2. GO annotations related to this gene include receptor binding and growth factor activity. Low affinity ligand for the ERBB4 tyrosine kinase receptor. Concomitantly recruits ERBB1 and ERBB2 coreceptors, resulting in ligand-stimulated tyrosine phosphorylation and activation of the ERBB receptors. Does not bind to the ERBB1, ERBB2 and ERBB3 receptors (By similarity). |
