| Description | This DDX6 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 455-483 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human DDX6. This gene encodes a member of the DEAD box protein family.The protein is an RNA helicase found in P-bodies and stressgranules, and functions in translation suppression and mRNAdegradation. It is required for microRNA-induced gene silencing. |
