| Description | Specificity: Human LTB4R2. BLAST analysis of the peptide immunogen showed no homology with other human proteins. BLTR2 is a Chemoattractant Receptor that causes LTB4-induced chemotaxis, calcium mobilization, and inhibition of adenylyl cyclase. Portions of the coding regions of BLTR2 have been duplicated and are part of the 5' UTR noncoding regions of the clusters LS190955 (BLT1) and LS54843 (CIDE-B) on chromosome 14. |
