| Description | Rabbit anti FOXO1A (pSer319) antibody recognizes FOXO1A, when phosphorylated at serine 319. FOXO1A is a member of the forkhead family of transcription factors. Residue 319 of FOXO1A is phosphorylated by a number of kinases including AKT. Phosphorylation of FOXO1A at serine 319 results in decreased transcriptional activity and export of FOXO1A from the nucleus. |
