| Description | Recognizes the active form of ERK's but not the inactive form. The affinity-purified and affinity-adsorped antibody is conjugated to horse radish peroxidase and is useful to detect specifically the active form of ERk1/2 but not the non-active form of ERK1/2. The use of HRP conjugates, reduce time of blotting and background, particularly the interference of IgG bands resulting from IP with the antibody from the same host species. |
