Description | Specificity: No cross reactivity with other proteins. Description: Rabbit IgG polyclonal antibody for CD160 detection. Tested with WB, Direct ELISA in Human; Mouse. Background: CD160 antigen is a protein that in humans is encoded by the CD160 gene. It is mapped to 1q21.1. CD160 is a 27 kDa glycoprotein which was initially identified with the monoclonal antibody BY55. Its expression is tightly associated with peripheral blood NK cells and CD8 T lymphocytes with cytolytic effector activity. The cDNA sequence of CD160 predicts a cysteine-rich, glycosylphosphatidylinositol-anchored protein of 181 amino acids with a single Ig-like domain weakly homologous to KIR2DL4 molecule. CD160 is expressed at the cell surface as a tightly disulfide-l |
Immunogen | Immunogen: E Coli-derived human CD160 recombinant protein (Position: I27-S159). Contents: Each vial contains 4mg Trehalose, 0.9mg NaCl, 0.2mg Na2HPO4, 0.05mg NaN3.
