Description | Specificity: No cross reactivity with other proteins. Description: Rabbit IgG polyclonal antibody for IL-31 detection. Tested with WB, IHC-P, ELISA(Cap) in Human; Mouse; Rat.Background: Interleukin-31 (IL-31) is a protein that in humans is encoded by the IL31 gene that resides on chromosome 12. IL31, which is made principally by activated Th2-type T cells, interacts with a heterodimeric receptor consisting of IL31RA and OSMR that is constitutively expressed on epithelial cells and keratinocytes. IL31 may be involved in the promotion of allergic skin disorders and in regulating other allergic diseases, such as asthma. |
Immunogen | Immunogen: E Coli-derived human IL-31 recombinant protein (Position: S24-T164). Contents: Each vial contains 4mg Trehalose, 0.9mg NaCl, 0.2mg Na2HPO4, 0.05mg NaN3. Relevant Detection Systems: Relevant Detection Systems: We recommend Enhanced Chemiluminescent Kit with anti-Rabbit IgG (MBS176460) for Western blot, and HRP Conjugated anti-Rabbit IgG Super Vision Assay Kit (MBS176453) for IHC(P). |
