Description | Information: Human CD80 (B7-1) is a costimulatory ligand for CD28 and CTLA-4. CD80 is expressed on activated B cells. Antibody BB1 recognizes the CD80 molecule of 60 kd. Antibody BB1 blocks adhesion to CD28/CTLA-4, blocks Th induced B cell Ig synthesis and blocks binding of soluble CD152 Ig fusion protein to CD80. |
