| Description | This BRMS1L antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 1-30 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human BRMS1L. The protein encoded by this gene shows sequence similarityto the human breast carcinoma metastasis suppressor (BRMS1) proteinand the mammalian Sds3 (suppressor of defective silencing 3)proteins. This protein is a component of the mSin3a family ofhistone deacetylase complexes (HDAC). |
