| Description | Specificity: TRAF6 antibody detects endogenous levels of total TRAF6. Description: Tumor necrosis factor receptor-associated factor 6 (TRAF6) regulates adaptive immunity, innate immunity and bone metabolism. TRAF6 is a ubiquitin (Ub) ligase that mediates the activation of protein kinases, such as transforming growth factor beta-activated kinase (TAK1) and IkappaB kinase (IKK).Function: E3 ubiquitin ligase that, together with UBE2N and UBE2V1, mediates the synthesis of 'Lys-63'-linked-polyubiquitin chains conjugated to proteins, such as IKBKG, IRAK1, AKT1 and AKT2.
