| Description | This DUX3 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 21-48 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human DUX3. The human genome contains hundreds of repeats of the3.3-kb family in regions associated with heterochromatin. The DUXgene family, including DUX3, resides within these 3.3-kb repeatedelements (Beckers et al., 2001 [PubMed 11245978]). See DUX4 (MIM606009). |
