| Description | This KRT73 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 493-522 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human KRT73. Keratins are intermediate filament proteins responsiblefor the structural integrity of epithelial cells and are subdividedinto epithelial keratins and hair keratins. This gene encodes aprotein that is expressed in the inner root sheath of hairfollicles. The type II keratins are clustered in a region ofchromosome 12q13. |
