Description | This antibody recognises CD70, a 30kDa ligand of the receptor CD27. Both CD70 and CD27 belong to the tumour necrosis factor receptor superfamily 7. Receptor activation can induce proliferation and apoptosis. BU69 inhibits T cell proliferation induced by dendritic cells. |
