| Description | This antibody recognizes mouse VEGF-D in western blot. No crossreactivity with mouse VEGF and VEGF-B. Cross reactivity to other species have not been tested. This antibody was produced from a hybridoma (mouse myeloma fused with spleen cells from a rat immunized with purified mouse VEGF-D recombinant protein. IgG fraction of the culture supernatant was purified by Protein G affinity chromatography. The IgG fraction of culture supernatant was purified by Protein G affinity chromatography and lyophilized from a 0.2 um filtered solution in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS). |
