| Description | Specificity: Ni-NTA purified truncated recombinant DDR2-Trx expressed in E Coli strain BL21 (DE3). DDR2 is a DDR/TKT type protein kinase. The protein has a unique extracellular region encompassing a factor VIII-like domain. Like DDR1, DDR2 is activated by various types of collagen, and binding of collagen to DDR2 protein results in a delayed but sustained tyrosine kinase activation. DDR2 may function as an extracellular matrix sensor to modulate cell proliferation. |
