| Description | This Mouse Irak3 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 517-544 amino acids from the C-terminal region of mouse Irak3. Irak3 inhibits dissociation of IRAK1 and IRAK4 from the Toll-like receptor signaling complex by either inhibiting the phosphorylation of IRAK1 and IRAK4 or stabilizing the receptor complex. |
