| Description | The antibody detects endogenous levels of COPG1 protein. COPG1 (Coatomer Protein Complex Subunit Gamma 1) is a Protein Coding gene. Among its related pathways are wtCFTR and delta508-CFTR traffic/Generic schema (norm and CF) and Golgi-to-ER retrograde transport. The coatomer is a cytosolic protein complex that binds to dilysine motifs and reversibly associates with Golgi non-clathrin-coated vesicles, which further mediate biosynthetic protein transport from the ER, Coatomer complex is required for budding from Golgi membranes, and is essential for the retrograde Golgi-to-ER transport of dilysine-tagged proteins.
