Immunogen | Immunogen: VZV Ellen Strain. Species Specificity: Reacts with VZV glycoprotein III. Immunofluorescence positive cells expressing VZV gp III show a strong green cytoplasmic fluorescence as well as cell membrane staining whereas, negative cells show a dark background of unstained cells.
