| Description | This antibody recognizes the Stalk Region of both long isoforms of Fibroblast activation protein, alpha but does not recognize other DPP family members. Description: The antibody is a rabbit polyclonal antibody made to the Type-II serine protease FAPa. The antibody is made to a synthetic peptide based on the stalk region of human FAPa. The antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat FAPbeta, and does not recognize other DPP family members. The antibody has been peptide-affinity purified, concentrated to 1.0 mg/ml, with the addition of 0.05% sodium azide as preservative and 50% glycerol as cryoprotectant.
