Required for the adrenal synthesis of mineralocorticoids and glucocorticoids (PubMed:22014889).Similarity: The leucine-rich hydrophobic amino acid N-terminal region probably helps to anchor the protein to the microsomal membrane. Belongs to the cytochrome P450 family. |
