Involved in the signal transduction pathways of neurotrophin-activated Trk receptors in cortical neurons.Subunit Structure: Interacts with the Trk receptors in a phosphotyrosine-dependent manner. Once activated, binds to GRB2. Interacts with activated EGF receptors.Post-translational Modifications: Tyrosine phosphorylated. |
