| Description | The antibody detects endogenous levels of DLG3 protein. DLG3 (Discs Large MAGUK Scaffold Protein 3) is a Protein Coding gene. Diseases associated with DLG3 include X-Linked Non-Specific Intellectual Disability and Non-Syndromic Intellectual Disability. Among its related pathways are PI3K-Akt signaling pathway and Protein-protein interactions at synapses. DLG3 encodes a member of the membrane-associated guanylate kinase protein family. The encoded protein may play a role in clustering of NMDA receptors at excitatory synapses.
