Description | Specificity: No cross reactivity with other proteins. Description: Rabbit IgG polyclonal antibody for JAK3 detection. Tested with WB, Direct ELISA in Human. Background: Tyrosine-protein kinase JAK3 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the JAK3 gene. It is mapped to 19p13.11. The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the Janus kinase (JAK) family of tyrosine kinases involved in cytokine receptor-mediated intracellular signal transduction. It is predominantly expressed in immune cells and transduces a signal in response to its activation via tyrosine phosphorylation by interleukin receptors. Mutations in this gene are associated with autosomal SCID (severe combined immunodeficiency disease). |
Immunogen | Immunogen: E Coli-derived human JAK3 recombinant protein (Position: Q406-D661). Contents: Each vial contains 4mg Trehalose, 0.9mg NaCl, 0.2mg Na2HPO4, 0.05mg NaN3. Relevant Detection Systems: Relevant Detection Systems: We recommend Enhanced Chemiluminescent Kit with anti-Rabbit IgG (MBS176460) for Western blot. |
